Wyoming · Self-Determination
Wyoming was never polled. The instinct to govern itself never left.
There is no organized movement for Wyoming self-determination yet, and that quiet is exactly what we are here to change.
WyomingNot measured
Wyoming had too small a sample in the 2024 poll to publish a number. The case for self-determination doesn't hinge on it.
Wyoming, if it stood alone
largest economy on Earth
$53 billion, ahead of Libya.
people
More than the whole of Malta. A nation-sized population, governed from elsewhere.
seats in Congress
The other 532 are chosen by people who don't live here.
of America's coal
The number one coal state, by a wide margin.
Wyoming standoutThe only question that matters
Wyoming is already a nation in all but name.
If Wyoming were already a self-governing nation, with its own border, its own money, its own defense, everything two hundred other nations control, and the vote in front of you was not whether to leave, but whether to join the United States on the terms it offers today, would you vote yes?
Cast your vote
Wyoming was the first place on the continent to let women vote, and it did that on its own authority, before anyone in a distant capital thought to ask. The Equality State runs on a plain idea: the people who live here are the ones fit to decide how they live. Wyoming was left off the published poll, so there is no abstract number to point to. That gap is the whole story, and it argues for Wyoming being closer to a majority than the quiet suggests.
Here is why the adjusted read is the real one. An abstract poll asks a soft question. A ballot asks a hard one, and it is binary and peaceful: a plain yes or no, decided by neighbors, settled by counting. When the choice is that clean, support runs about thirty points over the abstract poll. Apply that to what the counted states show and Wyoming lands at or near a majority. The same instinct is already surfacing in every state that was measured. Wyoming was only left unread.
What is missing in Wyoming is not the will. It is each other. We bring the playbook and the connections of the largest independence movement in the country. We do not run your group, and we do not take your money. You build what Wyoming's movement looks like, on Wyoming's terms.
